Hami melon

Experiment: Four treatments were set up, namely CK (inorganic compound fertilizer 20 kg/acres), HA1 (15 kg/acres), HA2 (20 kg/acres), and HA3 (25 kg/acres). Fertilization was based on local practices, and other operations followed conventional procedures.

Results: Compared with the control, humic acid-treated Hami melons exhibited lower respiration rates, less quality loss after storage, greater firmness, higher sugar content, and similar acidity, with HA2 performing the best.
