Soybean

1. Stress Resistance (various enzyme activities, phenotypic traits of different organs)

Treatment: The experiment set up two treatments, namely CK (0 kg/acres) and HA (20kg/acres). The experimental site is saline-alkali land. Humic acid soil improvement was carried out before planting. The experiment was observed in both pot and field sections, with other operations performed conventionally.

Result: Compared with the control, humic acid can enhance the salt stress tolerance of soybeans and significantly increase plant height and soybean yield.

2. Biomass (growth amount of each organ)

Experiment: Four treatments were set up, namely CK (inorganic compound fertilizer 20 kg/acres), HA1 (15 kg/acres), HA2 (20 kg/acres), and HA3 (25 kg/acres). Fertilization was based on local practices, and other operations followed conventional procedures.
